Pros

Dedicated legacy staff Employee events quarterly 401K match Great technology competitive to the industry

Cons

Sales and bonus goals not in alignment with reality of the marketplace - wholesale managed care partnerships are taking huge cuts of revenue but employees at all levels are still expected to make significant YoY sales, that's untenable when Beltone is 10 years behind the curve on contracts, and more than that in their marketing strategy. All senior leadership positions are filled from outside the company, right now most are mass migrations from competitors. Long time employees are either being let go or leaving voluntarily because there's no middle management room for them, and no succession planning to replace director and VP-level roles internally. Departmental leadership turnover leads to no consistent long term goals and strategies, and GN holding group neither acknowledges this, nor realizes their red tape hinders progress.

Pros

I can't think of much.

Cons

Micromanagment or everything. Really high employee turnaround where they expect you to pick up the pieces. They offer incentives for sales but put the bar up way too high so it won'tbe met in certain areas. They force certain offices into contracts with insurance companies that are annoying and reimburse low. They tell you when you can use your paid time off and you have to find your own coverage. They send out constant mailers for free hearing tests and make no money from them. Cameras in employee areas. They don't pay enough. It's not comparable and a bit insulting. The insurance benefits are awful. You will never meet a deductible for any of the plans they offer. The WORST patients. They are entitled and needy.
