It's in the center, you can hang out with your colleagues, flexible working time, drinks on Fridays.
Cons
They don't pay you according to the market rate. There is too much management and monitoring from your team leader(s). They always ask you to go the extra mile or above and beyond without anything in return. They talk about commitment and family but they can fire you immediately. They don't really let you work from home and they are very strict with personal development.
