Pros
Best place to start a career. Working days are Monday to Friday (have to monthly 1 Saturday WFH). General shift and flexible timings.
Cons
High politics happens every time and top management people do not stay with their words. I don't like the salary structure because they deduct gratuity and bonus from monthly salary. Moreover, employees will not get deducted gratuity amount in full even after completion of 5 years (ex: deducted Rs. 100 give Rs.70 after 5 years else forget about it). Once in 3 months deducted bonus amount will be credited.
