Friendly atmosphere supportive good stuff

The people are a lot of fun to work with. Several coming from all kinds of background. The company is small so you tend to get very close to people in all departments. The owners are always around so you get a chance to converse a lot on down time. alot of breaks are given and you have plenty of opportunities to run off for a quick snack break through out the day. Opportunity to advance.

Everything is consistently making it harder to keep production up, the pay is also based off of production so you tend to lose money when the company makes changes. When intake is low you get thrown around from department to department, not knowing if you will even get paid sufficiently. The owners give out constant demands that add stress on the work environment. Standards can be held really high, sometimes unreachable to continue to help satisfy your own personal needs as well as the company. While there is opportunity to gain more responsibility to move up in the company, it is sometimes a curse because you get unloaded a while lot of unnecessary stress that is impossible to handle.
