- Nice office - Good/fun team to work with for the most part - Great medical/dentist benefits - Unlimited PTO - Alo discount
Cons
- In office full time, with only one WFH day that is chosen by management - Not a lot of opportunity for growth - CEO/top level management openly favors Alo employees creating a divide between B+C and Alo employees and an overall toxic/unwelcoming office culture - Not really encouraged to actually take PTO - On site gym but not allowed to use it between the hours of 8am - 5pm - Overworked and underpaid, not a lot of work life balance
