      Pros

      The staff and some of the lawyers are nice and will treat you with respect.

      Cons

      The treatment you receive depends completely on who you work for. There is a double standard that is not only accepted by HR and Management be is encouraged. Turnover over is very high with regards to both staff and lawyers.
