Bell Technical Solutions was the biggest waste of 3 years of my life. If you are looking for a job where you are valued, treated fairly, and respected, you’re better off working a minimum wage job. Schedule is horrid, and does not change for a minimum of 6-7 years. And by then, you’re still working weekends for another 10. You climb 24 foot ladders all day in dangerous locations, but they don’t even certify you for Working at Heights? Are you kidding? You work your best to treat a customers home as your own, but get scolded because your efficacy is low compared to your colleagues. Guess what? Your colleagues are cutting corners, violating health and safety protocol, and treating people’s homes worse than a garbage bin. Guess who gets awarded and compensated? Definitely not the guy who is passionate about his work. If you decide to work here, have fun being forced in at least 8-10 extra a week with no say. If you look at this companies retention, you’ll see the quickest revolving door you’ve ever seen in your life, and there’s clearly a reason for that. If you value your time, and have a shred of self respect for yourself, this place isn’t for you.
