Pros
The onboarding process is well thought out and inviting. Engaging and encouraging, I enjoyed the learning experiences and easy to maneuver programs used here at Bell Partners Inc. All new hires were assured, on several occasions, that this was our week to feel comfortable and get to know our new surroundings, thus removing any first week worries with coming in hitting the ground running.
Cons
On site staff were slightly unprepared for a new hire onboarding. This can be difficult seeing as the property has great employee retention; new hires in my position are few and far between.
