Pros
The company had average benefits and many job opportunities in the area and nationwide. Quick growth within the company is obtainable. Guest suites available at many properties for employees traveling on vacation providing for an inexpensive place to stay compared to hotels. Discounted rent at properties for employees.
Cons
Medical benefits were very limited. Employer 401k Provider not very good and employer match was ok at 100% up to the first 3% invested. %50 for the remainder 2% invested. Promotions are based very much on "who you know" and not rewarded to those with experience and best fit for the position. Continually received managers with little knowledge and will let you go if you are not in their "clique". Managers come and go and often bring in their favorites pushing others out.
