Bell is truly a gem within our business world caught up in the rat-race (pun intended). Bell genuinely cares about its employees - it has a very old-school feel when it comes to employee engagement including multiple events throughout the year such as picnics, cookouts, volunteering events, employee anniversary cake celebrations, bowling tournaments, holiday parties, etc. that you just don't seem to find anymore. Bell continuously strives to maintain its World Leader status in the industry by keeping up on the latest trends and technologies. This creates an environment that promotes new ideas and collaboration. As a growing company that has never seen a layoff, the opportunity within Bell is unmatched. In my position I have the advantage of watching employees grow and advance very quickly as we open all positions to our internal candidates first to allow advancement and growth from within.
