Pros

1. Not many. Expect a sunday off once a month.

Cons

1. Staff are forced to work like slaves. 2. Arrogant management. 3. They run their business via many frauds. 4. No genuine documentation, even the CVs they sent to clients are fake. 5. Work 6 days a week or get insulted. 6. Employees leave within 6 months. 7. Worst company ambience and culture. 8. Staff are often threatened of not getting paid. 9. They are not having any qualifications to offer services. 10. Expect to work even if your sick and dying.

Pros

Only go if you have no other choice. You can learn something, but don't spend too much time here. People look down in your CV if you spend too much time here. Most people leave after some years. Those who do stay probably don't get jobs elsewhere, and this reflects in how the company is run.

Cons

Uncivilised behaviour from management. They treat you as their servants, not as consultants. Often very rude, no consideration for personal boundaries. No over time plus salary is very low. Most perks present in other safety consultancies doing similar work does not exist. Bell energy is basically a lala company whose main strength is providing low cost services.
