Good people, flexible schedules, working with the students is fun!

Nothing really, I've had great experiences,

Freelance gig that pays fairly well with training; Management is mostly well-organized and made up of go-getters who get things done; proctoring gigs are chill and well-paid

Since this is mostly a freelance job the experience is what you make of it, training is great at first but you have to continuously ask for assignments if they don't automatically send you emails about upcoming gigs; long travel times with teaching areas WAY out of the way if you don't have a car;
