Pros

I really, really, cant think of any

Cons

You are a contractor - unless its in their best interests to treat you as an employee. Despite your HI Bob portal telling you that you have unlimited sick pay, you don't. You are unable to use any accrued holiday in your probation period. This is very odd, you have to search through umpteen pages of utter drivel on their own portal to find this out. Its US based calling, I was advised by the MD that I could work from 9am - 6pm UK time, this crept up and up to 10pm. The bonus is a fairy tale, between $500 and $1500. Contractors are generally paid more than employees as they have to deal with their own Tax, NI, etc. I took the job based on the fact the bonus was deemed to be good. It doesn't even meet the average UK pay for this job. They pride themselves on 'empathy'. Their culture they say is based on it. Ummmm, not in my experience, HUGE red flag the very first day. High level of staff churn too. It is simply a Ukrainian led call center for US clients who don't want to pay the going rate for sales staff.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take all feedback seriously. We're sorry your time at Belkins didn't meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to write this. A few points we'd like to address transparently: On employment structure: Our UK-based team members are engaged through compliant service agreements that reflect the nature of SDR work in our industry. We're always upfront about this during the hiring process, and we're continuously working to make our onboarding materials clearer so there's zero ambiguity from day one. On working hours: Our standard expectation is aligned with business hours communicated during interviews. If your experience differed, that's something we want to understand better — it doesn't reflect the policy we set for our teams. On compensation and bonuses: We benchmark our pay regularly against market rates and strive to remain competitive. Bonuses are performance-based and clearly outlined — though we acknowledge we can do a better job setting expectations around timing and ranges upfront. On culture: We've built a team of 200 people across multiple countries, and our retention has been improving steadily. We won't claim to be perfect, but we are genuinely invested in making Belkins a place people want to stay and grow. The fact that many of our team leads and managers started as SDRs here speaks to that. — Vlad Podolyako, Founder & CEO

Pros

Extremely supportive work environment! Everyone wants to help each other so we can all do our best—you get a ton of support from every direction. It's just a great group of people to work with who understand what a healthy work/life balance is. It's a sustainable place to work long-term, and you can learn and grow with unlimited potential.

Cons

Everyone works from many different time zones, so while it's easy to reach out and sync up, sometimes you don't get to socialize or get to know your coworkers on a more personal level.
