Pros
(1) Employee discount and frequent double discount days. (2) Pleasant atmosphere and co-workers.
Cons
Since the recent buyout by a holding company, wages have dropped dramatically for commissioned salespeople due to no more non-pro hours (approximately $300 per bi-weekly paycheck!!) Point system for tardies and callouts is unrealistic and punitive. It is obvious the company is trying to get rid of all commissioned and full-time positions, and replace us with poorly paid part-timers in order to save money.
