Pros

The company is technologically advanced, which made training and HR processes more efficient. Systems like Workday helped with communication, scheduling, and onboarding. My coworkers were supportive, hardworking, and genuinely great people to work with.

Cons

Unfortunately, employees were not valued at the store level. Staff were underpaid and often undertrained, yet expected to meet unrealistic expectations. Stores were not consistently given enough hours to properly staff, recover, or merchandise, which created constant pressure. Management focused heavily on credit card metrics above all else, often at the expense of employee morale and customer experience. This focus contributed to a stressful and unhappy work environment.

Pros

I love the job and the work I do. Regional and corporate leadership are amazing.

Cons

Dated business practices. Less than bare minimum staffing causes so much unnecessary strain on employees. Hard working employees have to do the work of multiple employees because the staffing is not sufficient. Very difficult to have a work life balance when you're constantly in burnout with high levels of stress.
