      Great people to work with. Opportunity the learn and grow.

      Cons

      Due to type of work (Traffic Signal Installation) the job if very fast paced. Arguably more than a traditional construction company. Time management and the ability to multitask is a must.

      Belco offers room for advancement and a average salary. Management is understanding to your needs and personal life challenges. It is a good company to work for.

      Often work Saturdays and evenings. Benefits and increases could be be better. Issues with another employee were not handled properly.
