Nothing good to say about this place. The last positive review is probably from the owner or one of the managers who have no idea what they are doing.
Cons
LOW PAY!! Crappy benefits. Horrible work life balance. Inexperienced and incapable management and ownership. They are lottery living in a dream world. They pitch you on bonus structure and that you have huge upside based off of performance. Reality is there is a set pay scale and they won't budge regardless of what is done and will come up with a reason why you didn't get a good bonus. Especially by President (Mihran). He is deceiving and one of the least honest people I have ever meet. Only cares about what he can get out of you and paying practically nothing and as soon as he gets what he wants you are dispensable. Ownership and managers have never managed employees before and it's apparent. No strategy, vision, or leadership. Dead end job, long hours, horrible culture, and did I mention LOW PAY!
