      Great focus on quality instead of just pushing parts. Also overtime was easy to get if you wanted once you were trained.

      Cons

      Low starting pay and you’ll need to ask for more (if your good at your job they will give it too you)

      Pros

      Not a lot of pressure to get things accomplished, you work at your pace. Managers have respect even for the interns. Great learning experience for an intern. Most people are very nice. Free sodas all day long.

      Cons

      Not challenging enough. Gets boring at times. Training seems to be terrible for anybody that starts work there. Work starts very early. 7am or earlier.
