Great Company to work for - Electronics Engineer Bela Electronic Designs Employee Review

Salary was good, but I had to negotiate that Some of the staff were good to work with

- Certain staff created a toxic environment - Quality of products and on time delivery were consistently bad and we lost customers because of it - New manager was micromanaging constantly and only feedback were negative ones, also he was not from the industry previously - Warehouse were constantly losing products and not booking them in correctly, so when we received kit parts they were not checked until it was time to use them in production - no option of hybrid working even though it was proved when sick (Covid etc) that it could work
