Good company - Software Developer Bel-Technology Employee Review

the company is very good if you are looking for a servent job. the owner Mr. Chetan is very humble once they treat you as a labor using (donkey, stupid, fool etc) then they said i am treating you as a brother. they don't deduct any amount if you take leaves but they will deduct all leaves amount (including Saturday, Sunday) from your salary while doing FNF after resign and also give you training letter except experience letter. the company employee level is very good if you are not capable they will definitely hire you. because they want fools to make a company of servants. The company future is very bright they are growing rapidly with 3 unqualified and 4 freshers who don't know how to write program intact don't know oops concepts.

they knowns but foolish can't overlapping it.

Committed to fun and also to excellence. Appraisals every 6 months -Something good to smile about. Company gives you a chance to skyrocket your career provided you are ready to put the best efforts and take the challenges.
