Pros

Most coworkers were really great, friendly, helpful, and made it easy to feel like part of the team.

Cons

Management is horrendous. It's unbelievably judgmental. They give next to no feed back on how you're actually doing, or if you are lucky enough to get some form of insight, they change their minds and tell you the complete opposite a week later. It feels as though you are being watched to the point of paranoia. You absolutely cannot whatsoever show any part of your own personality. You MUST fit their very specific list of acceptable traits to have as a person, or you are harshly scrutinized, and they begin picking apart every aspect of your person until they have worked up enough ideas as to why you "don't fit in" to fire you. When you ask for reasons as to why you are being let go they refuse to tell you. They give you the option to write the owner of the company and express your thoughts and concerns after being let go. Those are never taken seriously or highly unlikely even read, and certainly made fun of to others in upper management who then make fun of to their employees. This company was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a job. If not the absolute worst.

Pros

The people you work with are in the trenches with you and for the most part have your back.

Cons

Management. There is no accountability when management makes mistakes or bad decisions. I was repeatedly asked why I did something one way, and when I pointed out that I laid out the risks and asked to do it a different way but was overruled, and then asked again why I did the task the way I was told. I was lied to almost constantly by management and can guarantee they will never be held accountable for their lies and that they are continuing to lie to my coworkers and their customers. I should have se All the five star reviews are either by HR, who does everything to cover for management, or employees told to give good reviews. Don't believe them. I should have been less blind to the red flags when I was told on my first day by my boss that they were taking on all the risk in "investing in me and my skills".
