Pros
20 words are too many.
well, the salary was fair for the begining, the social benefits were good if you are a professional (and can proove it).
some people there were nice to work with.
Cons
the managment uses intimidation to get what they want... and they usually do, but they could get more using "honey".
it felt like working in a dictatorship. most people had a sad and angry face every day.
it pays less and less for the people that do the most and hardest work.
managment does not mind how hard it is on the workers...
when something "bad" happens, they always look for someone to balme (and even fire).
all bosses cover ther asses first and then blame others...
i can go on and on.. :)
