Pros

As a majority of these reviews will tell you, there are no pros to working for this organization. The only pro is the overwhelming feeling of joy you get when you resign and you cross your fingers they just tell you to go home that day so they don't have to pay you any longer.

Cons

This office is full of bullies, something you honestly have to see to believe, but I wouldn't recommend that. It is truly shameful that behavior like this is tolerated and approved by those who run this company. Employees are publicly shamed at their desks by a slew of 20-something girls with zero management criteria. If you're lucky enough to not be a target that day you'll sit at your desk with your eyes on your screen while you listen to your fellow colleagues being lambasted for not doing enough work when you know and the rest of the office knows they are working 80 hour work weeks, leaving the office at 1 am and coming back at 5 am to do more work and hope that, that day it's someone else's head on the chopping block. This is not an agency to aspire to work for, 30+ years of breaking the spirits of it's employees, a senior team full of wannabe PR girls that think this is normal business behavior, yet they all know they can't leave because those that have tried just come right back, because they've been so broken they don't know how to work in any other atmosphere. As a former employee I will forever be sad for all the broken girls that work in that office. Fearful they won't accomplish anything should they leave and that they'll just run right back if a new job doesn't work out. My heart breaks for every single person in that office, including the senior staff, this is not how work is handled and you'll also forever be trapped in that company because at this point you're all such damaged goods you'll be useless anywhere because you've forgotten how to be humans.

Pros

I have worked at a few agencies and have a strong understanding of what to expect when it comes to agency life. My experience here was good - I built strong relationships, worked on exciting brands and was given opportunities that helped shape my career. Senior staff is always supportive and open to conversations surrounding client work and staff. Constant check ins helped us build a comradery and ensured that no one ever felt like they were alone with a heavy workload. We hosted really fun events and created dynamic opportunities for our clients. Loved being a part of all of the new business opportunities and learning how to apply our case studies to future work.

Cons

The long hours and heavy workload will always be a case study problem for PR agency life. Learning how to balance it is what keeps most of us in the industry. Adapting to new industry shifts and protocols can be challenging when there is a lot of work to do and only so many hours in the day

Pros

Built good relationships with clients.

Cons

The work environment is extremely toxic. I asked for help multiple times and it was met with annoyance or no answer. There is no opportunity to grow here and I was set up to fail from the beginning. The other members of the team belittled me and made it clear that I wasn’t a valued member of their team. The company seems to cycle through junior staff with no regard for their staff’s well being or professionalism.
