Pros
RBT turn over is lower than any ABA company I’ve ever worked for. Love my coworkers from RBTs to Leadership Still get paid to do indirect tasks if your client cancels
Cons
There isn’t a clear salary or compensation hierarchy. Pay is not performance based. Corporate doesn’t implement ABA to reinforce high performing staff with higher pay than underperforming staff. They need another BCBA. Even the Clinical Director has a caseload.
