      Direct superiors (Behavior Analysts and Director of Behavioral Services) are awesome people.

      Cons

      Upper Management (President and Administrative Superior) have a disconnect from their positions to the positions servicing the clients. Don't take well to criticism.

      Didn’t find any pros there.

      Cons

      Big brother level of micromanagement, low pay, no structure, no direction, they just expect you to make miracles happen overnight. Hire you on for half of what you would normally do the job for with grand promises of turning that into big opportunities (don’t fall for the sales pitch).
