Very involved case managers, and BCBA’s were so kind and helpful. You have RBT support staff specifically for RBT’s and he is also very kind and ready to show up for you with material and session ideas. Pay was excellent as someone with experience for 2 years I was hired at $33/ hr and they have very consistent clients. They do place importance on compassion first before compliance.
Cons
I didn’t like the rules around how many targets and trials per hour you needed. They will need answers when you miss even just one trial.
