Pros
They pay a higher starting wage than most agencies, They are a smaller agency and I am able to speak to everyone at the company. They provide all the training and requirements to become an RBT. They like to promote within and fund your education towards a BCBA cert.
Cons
The hours are great because they're flexible, but as any other ABA agency, cancellations happen that are basically out of everyone's control. They do a good job with rescheduling and substitutions so you don't miss out on hours.
Some clients were pretty tough, but you would get support when asked for it. Learning to manage burnout helps A LOT.
