Great hiring of staff. Everyone hired is pretty much experienced so the improvements are greater for the clients

As in any company, communication could be better between different departments

The hours are flexible, but other than that there isn’t many to list.

Ever since they got absorbed by Center for Social Dynamics, the quality of the company has gone down. They used to be smaller and the quality of care with their clients was organized and efficient. Scheduling is a mess , the scheduler is passive aggressive and does not want to help you. Lots of employees have left for many individual reasons.
