      The building is aesthetically pleasing and updated as well as furniture, toys, supplies, etc.

      Cons

      - caseloads change constantly - long hours - lack of communication on every level - disconnect from management to frontline staff - clients do not receive needed attention for progression on programs and behaviors - too many more to count, honestly

      Pros

      great training, fair pay, a ton of layered support that other companies do not offer, fun gatherings - xmas party, events - owners are present and listen to staff - if something is needed to do our job, they provide it!

      tough clients - not an easy gig
