      great training, fair pay, a ton of layered support that other companies do not offer, fun gatherings - xmas party, events - owners are present and listen to staff - if something is needed to do our job, they provide it!

      They do an amazing job at training you and making sure you get the proper training.

      Cons

      They seem to not listen to employees and throw you in lots of directions without thought or considerations to you.
