      Pros

      -There are no pros to this company, I recommend looking else where for services and employment.

      Cons

      - ZERO growth opportunity due to the upper management being all family members. - Low pay and heavy work load with no support (promised raises and opportunities to move up and it never happened) - Negative workplace and employees being treated unfairly by management. - Company & CEO does not care for their employees and will fire them without accurate reason. - No consistency with zero of communication. - Zero diversity on the administration side. - This company is expanding to Texas when the company cannot manage to keep their employees and stay organized.

      Pros

      The trainings were comprehensive and often. The leads above me were always competent and serious about their work and training me throughout my time. The kids themselves were so sweet and their needs were effectively catered to by the ABA specialists. The company was constantly promoting within and paying for testing to help employees get registered. The overall vibe of the office was fun and helpful to everyone.

      Cons

      There will always be more hours/clients in the summer as is the nature of childcare. It can be difficult to match with the right family that has a good handle on their schedule and consistently shows up.

      The kiddos and learning a lot about ABA and autism in general. Learning life skills while also teaching them.
