Our team members help create a welcoming and supportive environment, especially for our Behavior Technicians who are the ones out in the field working with our families. The caseload our technicians receive is based off the availability provided during the time of an interview. In the availability document provided to our team, candidates can input the number of hours they’re looking to work per week. The goal of our scheduling team is to create a caseload that matches our technician’s availability and requested hours, but also meet the needs of our clients in the area. We try our best to create an accommodating schedule, but limitations arise when the availability originally provided to us becomes limited. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!
