6yThank you for your review! We're happy to hear you have had positive experiences with your managers and co-workers. As you mention, we do offer flexible hours - we do this so that we can accommodate our staff who are students, have young children of their own, or have other jobs. As for communication with parents, we have found that when communications go through the proper channels (scheduling or case manager), this yields a "best practice" model. We always encourage parents and behavior technicians to communicate *during session,* so that outside of session discussions / phone calls aren't needed. Happy to have you on board in Bakersfield!
