Pros

Good starting company for ABA

Cons

Supervisors are unsupportive. If you are not what they consider “perfect,” they hold it against you even if you show improvement, also supervisors don’t seem to care to see their BIs grow, also you don’t get good hours unless you’re a favorite.

Thank you for your feedback. Our supervisors strive to visit each client weekly, and schedule observations in the field with each assigned Behavior Instructor (BI) at least once per month. During these observations, supervisors provide praise for things well done, and 1-2 goals for areas of growth, if needed. They are also available via phone, text and scheduled in-person meetings, to answer questions a BI might have, or to clarify an intervention. Hours are given to BIs based on their availability and whether it fits with a client’s availability. We love watching our staff grow in their career and we promote from within whenever there is the opportunity.
