Pros
The kids , the relationships with upper management , and the way they want to see you progress. They really make you feel like they care about your progression in the field and it shows. I never had a supervisor to so above and beyond for their employees. From birthday celebrations to time off requests and sick days, they are really understanding and try their best to accommodate everyone and their needs. Payroll has never been easier , and they try their best to maintain a healthy working environment by bringing in the best of the best. Even when troubles arise, they are more than professional with how they deal with it and keep things under wraps. They talk to you like people and not like a “what I say goes and that’s it” they are very open to taking all ideas from all staff regardless of their rank. Their main goal is to help the clients and make the “clinical” more natural so out kids are able to learn and practice these skills in real time.
Cons
Some staff get vengeful if they don’t get what they think they deserve out of management. But as for management itself, no complaints so far
