Pros

To an extent, they are very understanding when it comes to providing time off as best as possible. They offer a bit of training at the start and every 2-3 months, supervision with clients.

Cons

I don’t really know where to start. I started at this job almost a year ago and I have never felt so burnt out so quickly. They offer a lot of “good jobs” and pats on the back, but in all the time I have been here, I have not received the raise that I was promised after 90 days of employment. Within the time I have been here, all of the new employees are earning more than I am. I would speak up about my raise, but I am afraid that if I did, I would be treated differently. This has happened to previous employees who are no longer at this company. In regard to all the large rolls within the company (supervisors, CEO, etc.), these individuals are close friends, making things very cliquey. I won’t get into it too much, but at times, the higher ups in the company almost seemed to gang up on other employees. It almost seems like a high school mean girl situation. Worst of all, within the time I have worked here, they have onboarded 7-10 new clients and have only hired 6 new employees. They’re short staffed, BCBAs are overloaded, and clients lose services because of the overload. There is just a lot going on at this company that I don’t agree with, especially because of how backhanded and manipulative it can be at times. I’m not going to say this is a bad job, people are just not honest and know that if you apply, you probably won’t receive what you are promised.
