Pros
The coworkers were always amazing, the managers were fun and relaxed. The work was not too complicated and you weren't stuck to one position, you moved around. I did really enjoy working here before some of our favorite managers quit.
Cons
Store owners thought it was okay to work a 17 year old girl who is in school 60 hours a week, refuse to honor request-offs even when their teenage employees have exams for school, and tend to pick a few favorite workers and over-schedule them until they have zero time to themselves outside of school and work. Every employee at the Valpo location aside from two are students and yet are expected to prioritize a pizza place. Time you get off at night is always uncertain, no employees aside from those under 16 leave at a set time EVER. It all depends on when cleanup is done. Owners prioritize their labor stats over having enough people to work normal days stress-free but demand to schedule every single employee for a holiday despite having nothing for them to do and several of them having exams for school.
