Pros

- There are some great people there. - Pay is OK (although zero benefits). - They do promote internally where possible.

Cons

- The company is not in a financially stable position. - There are zero benefits, I mean zero (remote working and a jolly up once a year are not benefits btw). - No decent bonuses have been paid for years, that's unlikely to change. - There is a general favoritism towards the historical staff, and males, no women in the exec team or are there any women in the heads of positions. - Very much a blame culture, mistakes are not allowed and if you do make mistakes you are called out for it in an open forum. - The culture is toxic, bullying by senior leaders is a common theme. - The company is most definitely not a responsible gaming company, its profit before players. - Most staff that have left recently are paid off due to raising of issues.

Pros

I work with some great people, there are some very talented people here who I enjoy working with. They do promote internally which is great, although sometimes they should consider bringing experience instead to shake things up a bit.

Cons

The people who run the company are clueless, they don't want to listen to any advice and have lost some great people recently which has had a detrimental impact on business. Those that have left were treated very badly and extremely unfairly, I would go as far to say they were bullied. There are no benefits with the salary package, salary is OK but it would be nice to have some additional benefits like health care or higher % of pension contribution. This is despite the right people trying to push for more here, its the senior management that resist as they believe flexible working and free drinks are benefits. As others have said, the longer serving staff are treated differently to others, especially if you work in the operations department where you are protected regardless of your performance or behavior. The company is not responsible when it comes to protecting its players, from an ethical stand point its not great but again there is very little you can do to influence this as its controlled by more senior people who again don't want to listen.
