Pros

A fancy rented office in a expensive building.

Cons

Salary hikes are very low. No transparency in policies They change policies frequently and themself don't follow them. Company allow WFH for new employees if HRs are not able to fill the position for WFO but if being an old employee you ask for WFH bcoz of family emergency or health issue they deduct salary and cancel health insurance, make your leaves half and cancel other benefits also. Company has lot of politics. Management is unapproachable. Abusing words mostly used by HR director . HRs make fun of employees on the floor on the bases of their color, body weight, financial status, height, relationship status , family etc . Team leads are rude and egoistic. No Job security - PIP and Exit mails are send like good morning and evening messages here. Force current employees to like and repost their company posts on linkedin and to put fun loving video of praising company. They treat female employees very bad.

Pros

"Beesolver has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since Beesolver is a small business, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my developer area. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I look forward to making a full career at Beesolver by achieving the expectations placed in front of me." - Current Front-End Designer/Developer

Cons

None that I can think of!

Pros

Beesolver is a good company, but they have hired a ChatGPT Solution Architect who relies entirely on ChatGPT.

Cons

Beesolver is a good company, but they have hired a ChatGPT Solution Architect who relies entirely on ChatGPT, seemingly because he is not familiar with anything else. The biggest issue is that when someone tries to explain something to him, he take it personally and seem to feel jealous. He often mention that one should not challenge the lead as he have the power to either uplift or bring someone down, which is not an appropriate attitude for a Solution Architect to have. This behavior is very unprofessional, and he rarely help others in a constructive way. When someone asks for solutions, he either tell them that he will check later or send a message saying he'll look into it in the second half of the day, but he never follow up. More often than not, he is either on the phone, in a conference room, or in the play area. When it comes to reviewing code, he simply paste it into ChatGPT to check, rather than conducting a thorough review themselves. When issues are discussed, the Solution Architect often seems unable or unwilling to provide meaningful input, leaving the team to manage the situation without any support. This lack of engagement can cause frustration among team members who expect leadership and guidance. Despite being in a senior position, they often appear disengaged or unhelpful when critical problems arise, which can negatively impact the team's morale and efficiency.
