      - Good technological stack (Spring boot, Vuejs, Postgres, Apache kafka, Aws, Microservices) - Great teamwork - WFH

      Cons

      - sometimes there is no vision of the project in general

      Pros

      Great staff, very professional and friendly. Great working environment. Outstanding technical team. Career plan, although newly setup, is attractive for technology and consulting professionals. Experience and seniority of management is superb.

      Cons

      Career plan needs improvement. Working at Beesion is very demanding and expected performance is quite high.
