Pros
Most of the food dishes are great, cliental are friendly and enjoy being there and are happy with food and drink selections which makes it more worthwhile to serve. Some great staff are there and probably the only part I enjoyed about the restaurant as a workplace. There can be really great benefits if you stick around for 6 months apparently but who knows how easy that is to acquire.
Cons
I don't normally write reviews about workplaces especially restaurants given the nature of them, but I expected way better from a corporate company that is doing really well in sales and holding such high standards. The workdays are 12+ hours, even though there at over 40 servers alone for shifts to go around. Show up to work and there are 20 servers on, all of which are doing nothing cause the sections are so sparse - they could definitely cut their server working a split that day but they'll keep that server on for a 12 hours shift anyways without a specified break. Claims that they will do whatever to make a guest happy, such as making dishes that are not on the menu, however head chef/sous chef will find any reason not to. A few managers were phenomenal, others were extremely rude and unapproachable, treating staff very visibly that we are lower than them - LOTS of favouritism. If you're not one of the employees picking up 80 hour work weeks then you're not much to them regardless of how good a worker you are. Will make you resolve issues at the table yourself instead of handling the guest issues as a manager, and when they do go to tables to handle issues I've overhead them blatantly say "that server is new" - honestly just lazy.
