There is nothing good in this organisation

Before I joined this organisation one of ex employee did warned me not to join as she knew about the unprofessional behaviour of the management ..but when I joined I did experienced the unprofessional environment and open office politics. There is no fixed salary date .sometimes it gets credited on 7th sometimes 9th sometimes 11th and so on. The most important thing is that if you resign from this company they will make your life worst by giving negative feedback because they want that no employee should leave by their own or give resignation. There are few people in the management who rules this office as they want.if u complain of any ill treatment they will blame you. If the management plays dirty politics then how employees will survive in this organisation.every month more 3 to 4 employees resign. DO NOT join this company just a friendly advice..there are far better options on the market. One more thing those who have the buttering skills can join Management of Beepermd loves buttering chamchagiri. In the name of incentive they give nothing.only an experience employee can know the mental trauma working in this organisation.
