      Pros

      +A lot of socials activities +Great people that are motivated to make quality game +Good environment, nice office, big desk etc +some seriously talended people, unfortunatly a lot are now leaving

      Cons

      -huge overtime culture, threatening employees to do more OT is not acceptable -poor management -Favoritism, people that are friend with the ''right'' people will get what they want -The studio is heading in a way to become a ''support-only'' studio. -No real training available, very hard to level up your skills -A lot of lay-offs

      Pros

      Good work conditions. You appreciate working in a team where everyone is very qualified and expert in its field.

      Cons

      Bad project planning and lack of creative focus in early development of products leads to a lot of overtime to wrap up projects toward the end.
