You can make decent money. Coworkers can be decent. If you’re looking to broker freight, find a small company to work for or if you have an experience be a 1099 agent.
Cons
The company has deleted many negative reviews on Google and various platforms. Good chance this does not stay up for long. The majority of 5 star reviews come from an international staffing agencies office.
Your contract states you’ll make 25% commission, but you are paid 24.5% to pay for the overseas coordinators. You’re promised operational assistance but by using an overseas staffing agency, you are very limited in what you can do with them. Different work ethic and culture.
This is a classic boiler room type organization. Very high turnover (I get it logistics is tough), but management will hire bodies just to show growth on paper.
