Pros

Sometimes we get ice cream I need to write a twenty word minimum in the pros section but I do not have anything positive to say

Cons

Management is a joke. Scheduling is a joke. Training is not existent and production workers are treated like garbage. Zero communication between management and workers and when communication does happen it is usually incorrect anyway. The schedule changes by day and workers are forced to stay late with zero notice so good luck working here if you have a family... Ironic behavior from a baby food industry. Machines stay broken for years. Tools just have duct tape slapped on and expected to work. The entire attitude from the CEOs and general management is disrespectful and disgraceful. Honestly it is unclear if this job just needs a new outlook or if all hope is futile and the place should just go under.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are sorry that you are not having a positive experience. We hope that some of more recent changes - monthly town hall meeting, communication boards and machine upgrades have made a difference. I urge you to speak to your direct supervisor or any other member of management with specific areas of concern.

Pros

You can work your own schedule (administrative), the import thing are the results, work from home is allowed for almost all no operational teams, Work/Life balance is good, 401k, health, dental and vision. Is a good company, but the industry is not growing, so it is hard to have any promotions or salary increase.

Cons

Small team (workload can be hard sometimes), very little room for professional growth and pay is low.
