Pros

Not hard to get on. Consistently in need of help. You're not a number, they know you by name.

Cons

Terrible dispatching and Driver Managers who are absolutely clueless about everything dealing with trucking. They lie to get you in (like most companies) and promise you great consistent freight and home time but can't deliver. Screw you over consistently with low paying loads, broker freight. They say the pay you 70% but after all their add on fees they pay closer to 60%. They do not have enough freight to keep you running and you will sit for long periods of time. They say it's 90% Drop And Hook but you will live load 70% of the time. Charge you to use a terminal that gives the driver no truck parking, no driver break room, unsecured yard and nothing that helps accommodate the driver in any way except them sending you loads and processing loads. They don't pay the detention or if they do they are extremely slow to pay detention other times and make excuses why they can't pay it. They I mmediately take the money you owe when you use any service or advance but don't pay what they owe you or forget on your settlements in hopes you forget to ask. When you quit BeeLine they bad mouth you to the next company-slander. I could go on forever cause this company is terrible!

Pros

If you like a small company feel, you will find that in Bee-Line Delivery Service. President and owner walks around the facility and knows everyone on a first name basis.

Cons

Expectations of driver take home pay and equipment condition are not shared initially during recruitment resulting in many new drivers resigning (high turnover rate). Operating procedures for office associates are not standardize and differs from associate to associate. Broker freight to move drivers after delivering customer freight is inconsistent, and pays low rates and low fuel surcharges.
