Inept Management - Warehouse Associate Bee Imagine Employee Review

Never a boring moment, amazing manager, learning a lot and I have a lot of decission

Demanding and high speed, if you want to sit and relax this is not the place for it

- Coworkers generally keep the environment pleasant. - Office space consists of one room upstairs but your desk has plenty of space and it's easy to keep your personal paperwork organized. Supplies are provided. -You can come to work a little late with no repercussions as long as you do your full hours. Lunch can range from half an hour to an hour.

- Pay is certainly above minimum wage but due to the workload, everybody that is NOT management is severely underpaid. Every manager is clearly overpaid. - Terrible choice of management. VP will uncomfortably get close, does not understand boundaries and gives awful, unfounded advice. Managers are uneducated on accounts when they should be cross trained on ALL accounts. All higher office management are likely to be seen doing nothing at some point of the day. Warehouse managers are the opposite, hardworking and have integrity. -As the other review says, this workplace needs to get audited. They are looking to hire somebody in accounting that will overlook their illegal methods and somebody in operations that will speak Spanish only and keep quiet on managers taking financial advantage.
