Pros
Nobody is micromanaging your work here. The company trusts you to get your job done. There is opportunity to learn different aspect by helping out in any downtime. Its a great stepping stone if you need some logistics experience. If your quick on getting up to speed you might get yourself a promotion. 401K, healthcare, dental care, life insurance was all just added a year ago.
Cons
Sometimes the lax environment can be a con here. It might be difficult to feel supported if you wait for it to happen. You just got to use your words. Plus, if you don't speak up, they might start feeding you more than you can chew. Some people love it, others don't. Pay isn't great and corners are being cut to save on costs in some areas. So that kind of sucks.
