Working at Bedspace has been an incredibly positive experience. As someone living with a disability, feeling genuinely seen, supported, and heard has meant so much. My managers, team, and the wider business have all shown real understanding and inclusivity.

The workload can occasionally feel more reflective of a full-time role, so ensuring expectations and pay are more closely aligned with responsibilities rather than contracted hours would enhance fairness and sustainability.

Bedspace is a people business, It provides accommodation for people to live in and supports them whilst living there. It strives to help young people and vulnerable adults to build the skills to live independently. It is refreshing to put my skills and experience in business to good use in an organisation that is genuinely striving to help people. We aren't just support workers, if you work in accounting; HR; housing; systems and processes; operational support or recruitment and you want to do something meaningful Bedspace is a great option.
