      The Company pays full benefits for individuals, and covers are large percentage of the minimum deduction if procedures are needed. The owners are involved in the company and know their employees by name.

      Cons

      The pay is competitive for Saint Louis, but not very good overall. There is a high turnover for today's competitive market.

      Always work to be done and new products are rolling out every month which means no layoffs Medical Benefits and Paid Time Off Overtime which means more pay at the current time.

      Cons

      If you do not enjoy sitting a lot then it may not be the job for you unless you work in Final Assembly. Longer hours because of overtime No radios
